A private home situated in the suburbs of the West midlands. This home restoration consists of a full internal and external refurbishment with a rear double storey and kitchen extension. The interior was opened up to contain a flowing family living space while the front facing elevation was modernised with off white render to bring the home forward into modern times.  

External materials were kept contemporary with the use of aluminium windows and beautiful off white render.

The ground floor of the house opens up at the rear to create a moving space. A cute office space is tucked away to match. The central fireplace creates a neat divide between the spaces while adding warmth and integrity to the living area.
